At that time he'll address the nation and challenge Congress to work in certain directions on key issues in 2014. What do you want him to focus on? On February 10th, our Mock Congress unit will begin and you can take up President Obama's challenge. Choose an issue, identify a problem, research and propose a practical, affordable, national issue to present to your peers in the form of a bill.
